My Ultralite Weight Loss for Life Journey
After four weeks, at the end of the summer, I was not achieving any weight reduction, so my coach Renay advised me to take 6 weeks off to re-set my metabolism. So for the past 6 weeks I have reintroduced some grains and fruits that I was not able to eat on the reduction program and I was able to stay at the same weight. Yesterday, I began the program again and in just one day I have already achieved a 2 lb weight reduction. I am inspired to finally reach my ultimate goal of weighing 130lbs, which means I will most likely be at my goal in about 8 weeks. I will do my best to post an updated photo of myself in a couple of weeks.
I am off to London for a two week vacation and will continue to stay on my weight reduction program throughout. My Ultralite Weightloss for Life Journey
I have been stuck for a few weeks and still at a 34 lb weight reduction. With the help of my coach I have taken some time to deviate from the usual program to reset my metabolism. I still feel very good about my accomplishment and certain that, in about two weeks, I will go back to the prescribed program and reach my ultimate goal of achieving a 50 lb weight reduction. Ii the meantime am maintaining and feeling very positive and proud of my accomplishment. I have now ordered some size 8 pants and small shirts since I cannot fit into my existing wardrobe.

My Ultralite Weightloss for Life Journey Week 33 Day 1
I have achieved a 34 pound weight loss to date. I continue to face a few challenges when stress increases and I do not sleep well. Cortisol and adrenaline, the adrenal hormones play a huge role in the success or failure of continuing to experience weight reduction. I am determined to continue to persevere until I reach my 50 lb mark. The food plan has become second nature and I continue to enjoy eating this way and feeling completely satisfied and heathly.
I finally finished my e-book cookbook and have marketed it to my patients and friends. I will be placing it on Amazon and other websites to have a more world wide exposure.
Hope to continue to inspire and help others with this program.

My Ultralite Weightloss for Life Journey Week 27 Day2
I have finally reached the 30 lb mark! I am over half way to my goal of 50 total lbs. I feel better and better and have a lot of energy and am more fit and flexible than ever. It feels so gratifying to have accomplished so much. This is the only program I have ever been able to be so successful with so consistently. One of my friends that has joined me on this journey is experiencing the same success. I am so thrilled to be able to offer this and have such confidence in the program.
I have finally finished writing my e-cookbook. I hope to finish editing it by the end of the month. It will be very exciting to be able to share it and market it.

My Ultralite Weight Loss for Life Journey Week 24 Day 2
Another successful week and another pound dropped. I spoke to my Coach Renay and she suggested I lower the number of carbohydrates from 20 to 17 daily to give my metabolism a push so I can go back to dropping 2 pounds a week and cut my goal time from 22 weeks to 12 weeks. I am going forward with the suggestion and I will keep you posted.
I wrote two more recipes and modified the book title, getting closer to its release!
My patients continue to succeed and I hope to have a few more join me soon.

My Ultralite Weight Loss for Life Day 4 Week 23
Another successful week and another pound closer to my goal. My e-book cookbook is now over half way to being completed. I purchased a digital video camera so I can record myself making a few of the recipes and posting them in U-Tube to market the e-book.
My new participant has so far achieved a 9 pound weight reduction in two weeks and is looking great.
This program's food list definitely ensures an anti-inflammatory effect and I feel very confident in placing my patients on it and watching their pain reduce, their skin improve and their immune and digestive systems normalize.
